What’s the first step?
Hey there!
We believe in getting results- healing from old wounds, healing your relationship, healing your body, whatever it is - we want you to have the tools that you need- and we believe that happens with a holistic approach.
To start:
-Schedule an appointment directly on the website under “Schedule Appointment” tab to the right of your screen.
-Prices and services are specific to your provider & can be found under “Team”. We encourage you to find the service that resonates with you most to start- you can choose more that one!
-After your appointment is confirmed- we will send over initial paperwork to complete prior to session. This will be completed virtually on your client portal. If you are scheduling a couple’s session- you will EACH complete your own paperwork.
-Be patient and trust the process! Healing takes time, but it is so worth the reward
